My name is Karen Da Cruz and I’m a product manager based in Peru.

I come from a technical background. I’m very passionate about creating things and learning new skills, as I am always looking to challenge myself. I love puzzles, which is why I am so good at solving problems. I have a passionate entrepreneurial spirit, that has led me to build teams and manage company operations a couple of times. I have ample experience managing distributed teams in different countries and timezones.

I’m a firm believer of empowering women and educating minorities, which is why I often have volunteered or led initiatives around these causes. I’ve organized and coached events for women in tech, as well as taught kids how to code.
